“The bed seemed clean and freshly made. There were 2 used washcloths hanging in the bathroom, but we also saw clean towels so we assume they were missed when cleaning. We got in very late into the night and were too tired to go say something. The check-in was easy. The breakfast was okay, all the regular breakfast things for a hotel. AC worked nicely.”

“Hotel pictures show a newer hotel. This hotel is either a bad remodel or older. Our beds were not very comfortable and had a spring sound. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall after we pulled towels off it. Room was mostly clean but elevators seemed very dirty. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was ok but limited. Not worth money they charge to stay. Front desk was not very friendly at night shift but day shift was friendly and attentive. Probably would not stay again for the price.”

“Decent, but no elevators for my handicapped wife. Continental breakfast wasn’t good, better off going to get breakfast somewhere else. Other than the place was fine.”

“I stayed in two rooms on two different nights. Room 1 had visible cup rings on the sofa table. Room 2 lacked an inner shower curtain liner and therefore flooded the bathroom floor. Breakfast is quite small and highly disappointing. Beds were fine and comfortable. Staff was friendly.”

“We tayed in a very small room with two queen beds, everything costs, even coffee downstairs in the morning, valet parking is $30 and they expect tips... great location, beautiful hotel, but not enough to make me stay here again”

“Great for kids. Walking distance to so many things(Childrens museum , aquarium). Had a pool, wonderful breakfast. Rooms were clean. Linens were nice. Only issue we ran into was the pool ran out of towels”

“Great hotel. My 4th visit there. Convenient, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the bathroom door would not stay shut (room 306). Will definitely stay there again.”

“The location was fine. You have to pay $21 to park in the lot, so when the listing tells you parking is included, that’s not accurate. Also, if you are booking a “river view” room, make sure you are above the second floor or your view will be of the air conditioning units like mine was. It was a nice comfortable room, which was nice. The view and the parking are not great though.”
